NORWOOD -- The Norwood “Books at the Beach” program finished its fifth summer in conjunction with the Norwood-Norfolk Recreation Program.
Students from Norwood, Norfolk, and other surrounding communities of Potsdam, Canton, Massena, and Madrid participated in the popular program provided by Norwood-Norfolk School librarian Diane Purvis.
Students were able to sign out books on Wednesdays in July at the Norwood Beach. On the final Wednesday students received a free book, compliments of the program. Pictured here, from left, is Alyssia Simons, student helper, along with participants Hannah Hartigan and Lance Bradley.
