NORWOOD -- The Village of Norwood holds elections for mayor and two trustees from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 15 at the Municipal Building, 11 S. Main St.
Tim Levison, appointed to the mayor’s post by the board after the death last year of Mayor Jim McFaddin, is running to win a full four-year term.
Incumbent Trustees Michael diVincenzo and Michael Zagrobelny and newcomer Kriston Nezezon are running to fill three seats that are up for election. The top two vote getters will win four-year seats and the third will win a two-year seat on the Norwood board.
Access to the Municipal Building by the handicapped is available at the back of the building.
Incumbent trustee Jim Besaw is not running again. Trustee Dick Boprey’s seat is not up for election this year.
The candidates, all Democrats, face no opposition from members of other parties.
