NORWOOD – Beginning Feb. 1, the Norwood Public Library will expand its hours.
The move follows a succesful vote last fall to establish a special taxing district for the library, which guarantees more financing for the institution than in the past.
It will be open to serve the public Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon, 2 to 5, and 7 to 9 p.m.; Tuesdays 2 to 7 p.m.; Wednesdays 2 to 6 p.m.; Thursdays 10 a.m. to noon, 2 to 5, and 7 to 8 p.m.; and Fridays 2 to 6 p.m.
