NORWOOD — A Norwood-Norfolk Central School student has been named the 2017 NY-21 Congressional Art Competition winner.
Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, R-Willsboro, announced Skylar Fetter, a senior from NNCS, as the winner of the competition. Her winning photograph, “Spectator,” pictured above, will be showcased in the U.S. Capitol for an entire year.
“For the next year Skylar’s photograph will be on display at the U.S. Capitol for visitors from around the country and around the world to see,” said Stefanik. “I congratulate Skylar and thank all of the talented participants for their submissions this year. The North Country is home to so many talented artists and I look forward to holding this competition again next year.”
