NORWOOD -- Sheng Tang, a professor from Guangzhou, China, recently shared Chinese traditions with two third grade classes at Norwood-Norfolk School.
Tang is a visiting scholar this semester at SUNY Canton.
She played the pipa, a Chinese stringed instrument, and taught a song to the students. She gave a presentation on the Chinese New Year, or Spring Festival, that begins this year on Feb. 19.
