Timothy A. Scott, 26, was charged April 16 with third degree burglary, a felony, and fourth degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor after staff complained to St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies that he had damaged the packages for two game controllers.
Scott was arraigned before Potsdam Town Justice Charleson and jailed on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
