NORWOOD – A Norwood resident met with Grammy Award recipient Suzy Bogguss in Florida recently.
Joe Liotta, Co-founder, President, and Program Director of the Norwood Village Green Concert Series, met Boggus in the lobby of the Captiol Theater, Clearwater, Florida.
Bogguss, an American country music singer, has one platinum and three gold albums and charted six top ten singles, winning the Academy of Country Music's award for Top New Female Vocalist and the Country Music Association's Horizon Award.
Liotta had his photo taken with Bogguss and met her manager-husband Doug Crider after her performance on March 31. While he had the opportunity he also broached the subject of a possible future performance for the Norwood Village Green Concert Series in 2013.
