PIERREPONT -- A Norwood man who allegedly left the scene of a property-damage accident was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday after state police said they responded to a report of an accident at 11:26 Saturday night.
Ryan A. Kain, 23, was charged with DWI, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, speeding, moving from a lane unsafely and an equipment violation for a loud exhaust, troopers said.
Police said he was arrested at 12:07 a.m. at 5799 State Hwy. 56 in Pierrepont.
Police did not list his status.
