NORWOOD – Norwood’s village board is looking into the formation of a Neighborhood Watch Committee to stem complaints of crime in the village.
Norwood Mayor Jim McFaddin says that “there has been some mischief in the village lately, and we will explore” the value of such a committee.
McFaddin says the board wants to gauge the interest from the community, and will schedule a public meeting to exchange ideas.
The date of that meeting has not been set.
