NORWOOD — The Norwood Fire Department received a donation from Knowlton & Sons for their July 4 fireworks display.

Another major contribution was made by Barrett Paving Materials on Rte 56 Norwood. They contributed a check for $1,500.
Many other local businesses have also contributed and together the total cost of the large fireworks display is nearly paid for, FD officials said.
The fire department expressed thanks to all those who donated.
