NORWOOD -- St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 42 South Main St., will soon offer low cost clothing and housewares.
Many church members have been busy for weeks, organizing and sorting donations of clothing in preparation for the opening of the shop in late March or early April, according to church officials.
Apparel for all ages, children’s, men’s and women’s will be offered. Small household items, decorative and functional, will be offered also. The store will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon.
Donations of clean, gently used clothing or household items are accepted at the church, Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon.
The church does not accept electronics, furniture or other bulky items.
To assure someone is available to accept your donation, or for more information about the thrift shop, call 212-5507.
