COLTON --- A Norwood man has been charged with burglary and theft after an investigation by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies charged Edward J. Seror, Jr., 49, 25 Mechanic St., after they looked into a possible burglary Friday at an apartment house in Colton where Seror used to live.
Deputies charge Seror entered a third-story apartment and stole several items while the current tenant was out.
Seror was charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, and petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor.
Seror was arraigned in Pierrepont Town Court and was held on $5,000 cash bail of $10,000 bail bond, to appear in Colton Town Court Feb. 1.
