NORWOOD -- The Norwood American Legion recently made a donation to a 10-year-old boy who will soon be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
The $100 donation was made to Jacob LaValley, who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
The donation will go toward the expenses of buying materials to build a wheel chair ramp and buy a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
