OGDENSBURG -- State Sen. Patty Ritchie recently congratulated the top winners in the Northern New York Junior Bassmasters fishing tournament in Ogdensburg.

The program, sponsored by the Northern New York Bassmasters, introduces young people to fishing and the outdoors.
