MASSENA – A North Lawrence woman is being held without bail following her arrest on charges of burglary theft and possession of four handguns from Norfolk.
Kathleen M. Morgan, 28, is accused of burglary of two residences, one in late August and another in early September 2012, according to BCI Investigator Darin Chartrand.
Morgan is charged with multiple felony counts: two counts of second-degree burglary, one for each residence; and four counts each of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, one for each handgun.
Morgan was arrested on a warrant following a sealed county court indictment. She was arraigned in county court, and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility and is being held without bail.
