LAWRENCE -- A North Lawrence man was arrested Sept. 24 following a report of a rape, according to state police.
Donald D. Burnham, 51, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree aggravated sexual abuse: compulsion. Both charges are felonies, troopers said.
He was also cited for forcible touching, officers said.
Police did not say if he was arraigned, held or released with appearance tickets.
