North Country Matters interviews both candidates running for St. Lawrence County district attorney
North Country Matters, the local public affairs video magazine, had done interviews with both candidates running for St. Lawrence County district attorney.
“These non-partisan conversations invite a candidate to explain his or her positions, records, and ideas. They are designed to provide voter education that thoughtfully and civilly discusses issues of public policy and governance vital to our community,” according to a press release announcing the new episode.The North Country Matters Conversations with Gary Pasqua was filmed on Oct. 6. North Country Matters is a local public affairs video magazine now in its 13th year. The NCM civic partners working to educate North Country residents about critical public policy issues facing our region include AAUW-St. Lawrence County, the League of Women Voters of St. Lawrence County, and the Potsdam Public Library. The shows are filmed in the Fred W. Cleveland Computer Center at the Potsdam Library.
New shows this fall will Aging in Place, North Country 360, Hospice of the St. Lawrence Valley and what’s new at the Potsdam Public Library.
