CANTON -- North Country Equestrians are headed to Lexington, Kentucky for the 2017 United States Pony Club National Championships July 17 to 24.
Eleven young riders from Honey Dew Acres and their mounts will be competing in show jumping, eventing, and games.
Last month, competitors qualified in Western New York Regional competitions.
Featured in the picture above is "FairyTale," the smallest pony qualifying at the regional level. The pony received accolades as "Games Pony of the Year" for the Western New York Region.
