MASSENA -- A Scholarship Endowment for North Country Community College recently received the third installment of a five-year, $25,000 pledge.
The scholarship was created to promote higher education in the North Country, lending support to students who are dedicated to both their studies and their community, according to Seacomm, which is funding it.
The SeaComm Endowed Scholarship is awarded annually, over the course of five years, to a deserving student from St. Lawrence, Franklin or Clinton County.
