CANTON -- A North Bangor man was charged Tuesday with two counts of sexual abuse of a child under age 11 stemming from a Dec. 7 complaint, according to state police.
Clayton F. Blair, 54, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, felonies, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Blair allegedly had sexual contact with a 6-year-old female during 2010.
He was arraigned in Canto court and jailed on $500.
