NORFOLK -- A Norfolk woman is facing charges after allegedly assaulting and refusing to let her partner leave their shared residence for three days.
Shelby L. Kendall, 21, of West Street is charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief, according to the sheriff’s office.
On Aug. 30, Kendall allegedly struck her partner and broke her cell phone during an argument, then would not allow her to leave for three days, deputies said.
Kendall was charged Friday and released with orders to appear in Norfolk Town Court, deputies said.
