NORFOLK -- A Norfolk teen faces multiple counts of sexual abuse after he allegedly had multiple sexual encounters with a minor.
Nolan W. Pernice, 18, was charged with four counts of second-degree sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, stemming from an investigation into him having sexual contact with a female under the age of 14.
Pernice was arraigned in the Town of Massena Court by Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
He is to reappear in the Town of Norfolk Court on Nov.18, at 9 a.m.
