Norfolk Police Officer Dan Holmes handcuffed Rickie Zappia in a demonstration while pre-schoolers look on.
NORFOLK -- Officer Dan Holmes from the Norfolk Police department made the day special for a group of preschoolers at the Hepburn Library of Norfolkâs story time recently.
Board member Rickie Zappia assisted Officer Dan by allowing him to handcuff her and then he let her go.
The children enjoyed listening to a story read by his daughter Kara Holmes and a trip outside to have a look into his police car. The children listened intently as he explained everything in his car, and they even were allowed to blow the siren.
