NORFOLK -- A Norfolk man and convicted felon was jailed Sunday after damaging a windshield during a dispute and for being found in possession of guns illegal for him to possess, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Jonathan E. Black, 21 was charged with a felony count of criminal mischief and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, officers said.
Black was allegedly found to be in possession of two shotguns while deputies were investigating an incident involving a broken windshield.
He was arraigned before Norfolk Town Justice Donald Lustyik and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail, officers said.
