NORFOLK -- A Norfolk man faces nine charges after he allegedly took his neighbor’s vehicle without permission and crashed it into a tree on Lime Hollow Road Feb. 6, according to state police.
Amos A. Graber, 22, was charged with operator leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owners consent, endangering the welfare of a child, speeding and driving without a license.
He was also cited for moving from a lane unsafely, front passenger age 7-15 with no safety belt, no seat belt for driver and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, officers said.
He was charged on River Road around 2:35 p.m. and released on tickets returnable to court Feb. 24 in Norfolk court.
No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
