POTSDAM -- A Norfolk man was charged Sunday evening after allegedly punching a window causing the glass to break at a business on Market Street, according to Potsdam police.
Tyler E. Murray, 21, was charged at 9:21 p.m. with third-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest, officers said.
When police attempted to take Murray into custody he reportedly refused to comply which lead to the resisting arrest charge.
Murray is to appear in Potsdam court Sept. 11 at 9:30 a.m. to face the charges, police said.
