NORFOLK -- State police say they charged a Norfolk man after receiving a complaint that he was masturbating outside of his residence.
Darian L. Maslin, 46, is charged with one count of lewdness, a misdemeanor, troopers said.
On Tuesday at 8:33 a.m., troopers say a 46-year-old female reported to them that she witnessed a man masturbating outside at 8699 State Rte. 56.
Troopers said they responded and charged Maslin with the offense.
He was released with an appearance ticket for Norfolk Town Court on April 19 at 9 a.m.
