MASSENA – A Norfolk man was held Saturday after allegedly fleeing state troopers.

Derek C. Sessions, 20, was charged with fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle third degree and reckless endangerment second degree after police attempted to stop him for reckless driving at 2:48 p.m.

He was arrested at 3:35 p.m. at 43 Stephenville St., which is the entrance and parking lot of Walmart, police said.
