POTSDAM – A Norfolk man was charged by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies after he fled a traffic stop in his vehicle at speeds in excess of 100 mph and speeding through at least one stop sign.
Thomas R. Sprague, 30, was issued tickets Friday for alleged unlawful fleeing of a police officer, speeding, failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, and reckless driving.
He is to appear in Town of Potsdam court at a later date.
