NORFOLK — A Norfolk man was arrested Nov. 24 following alleged domestic violence on Crabb Street on Thanksgiving Day involving his 14-year old son, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies allege that Darren K. Fefee, 38, engaged in a physical altercation with his teenage son and shoved him to the ground and kneeled on his neck.
Fefee was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree menacing, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
He was arraigned in Norfolk court and released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.
