NORFOLK – A Norwood man is accused of driving with a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit.

Justin M. Scovill, 29, 54 Spring St., was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and speed not reasonable or prudent by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies responding to a report of a vehicle that had gone off the Regan Road in the town of Norfolk.

A test of his breath measured Scovill’s blood alcohol content at .26 percent. The legal limit before DWI is charged is .08 percent.

He will answer the charges in Town of Norfolk Court.
