NORFOLK -- For fire prevention week the Norfolk Fire Department visited the preschool story hour at the Hepburn Library of Norfolk on Wednesday, Oct. 10.
Children enjoyed seeing Fireman Adam Hunter demonstrate his equipment. He showed the children how to stop, drop and roll. Adam did a wonderful job showing children that they need not be afraid if they should see a fireman in full gear.
The children also had the opportunity to check out the fire truck and learn all about it.
Everyone had a great time and expressed thanks at having a dedicated volunteer fire department in the community.
