NORFOLK – A fire Monday afternoon at 19 Crabb St. completely destroyed a home leaving one person homeless, according to Norwood Volunteer Fire Department Captain Harold Loomis Jr.
Firefighters from Norwood, Norfolk and Louisville all responded to the blaze shortly after 5:30 p.m. but were unable to save the home.
'I detoured to get a few pictures of a heavily involved structure fire. I hope no one was hurt,' Straight said
No people or pets were reportedly inside at the time of the fire.
The home was deemed a total loss.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
