Though none of the white stuff is expected here in the immediate future, there is a prediction of some snow, to our west, in the lake-effect areas such as the Tug Hill.
For us, dry air and much colder temperatures are moving in to the St. Lawrence Valley right through the end of this week, at about five to seven degrees below normal for this time of year, according to the National Weather Service.
Lows tonight are expected to be in the upper 20s, and about the same Thursday night, with highs tomorrow in the mid-40s under cloudy skies.
Clear skies are expected Friday before rain and possibly snow move in over the weekend.
