LAWRENCE — A Nicholville resident was charged with driving while intoxicated Monday following a property-damage accident involving two vehicle, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Jozsef F. Pinczes, 41, was charged with first-offense DWI and speed not reasonable or prudent, officers said.
Pinczes was charged after striking another vehicle on Water Street, deputies said. No injuries were reported.
His blood-alcohol content was reportedly .17 percent.
Pinczes was cited and released on tickets returnable to Lawrence court at a later date.
