HERMON – A Newton Falls woman was charged early Friday with driving while ability impaired following a personal-injury accident on Church Street, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Amber D. Rife, 31, was reportedly charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.
She was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital, deputies said.
Toxicology reported are pending, officers said.
She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Hermon court at a later date, deputies said.
