St. Lawrence County is staying warm today with temperatures in the 90s, according to the National Weather Service.
The heat wave will continue Wednesday, before highs drop to the low 80s on Thursday. The 80-degree weather is expected to last into next week.

• This Afternoon: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3pm. Mostly sunny and hot, with a high near 90. Heat index values as high as 95. Southwest wind around 8 mph.

• Wednesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 3pm and 5pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 89. Heat index values as high as 92.
