LISBON -- Mort Backus and Sons is celebrating 25 years as a GM dealership, and is the recipient of recognition in the state Senate.
“This three generation Lisbon business is an example of a successful family-owned company that has stood the test of time over the past half century, growing from a mom and pop firm to more than 33 employees,” said State Sen. Patty Senator Ritchie, who has presented the business a resolution honoring the 25th anniversary.
