OSWEGATCHIE -- A Morristown woman faces multiple charges after fleeing police following a traffic stop at 2 a.m. Oct. 13 on the Taylor Road.
Bobbie Jo McLean, 37, of Morristown, was stopped by state police for an inadequate turn signal was found to be wanted on an active bench warrant from the St. Lawrence County Court.
The trooper attempted to place McLean into custody when she fled on foot.
After a short foot pursuit, McLean was apprehended. She was charged with resisting arrest and issued tickets for inadequate turn signal, and inadequate plate lamps.
McLean was then transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility where she will be arraigned at the St. Lawrence County Court at a later date.
