MORRISTOWN – A Morristown man was held Saturday after being arrested for felony burglary and other charges in connection with four incidents reported during the past two years, according to state police.
Anthony J. Dinatale, 19, was charged with third degree burglary-illegal entry in connection with incidents in Morristown reported on Sept. 11, 2010 and Dec. 22, 2011, police said.
Earlier this week, on Wednesday, he had been charged with fifth degree possession of stolen property in connection with an Aug. 13, incident, police said. Saturday, he was also cited with petit larceny and false written statement in connection with the same incident, police said.
Dinatale was also charged Saturday with trespassing and petit larceny in connection with a Sept. 15 incident, police said.
Mathew J. Tuper, 17, Brier Hill, was also cited Saturday with trespassing and petit larceny in connection with the Sept. 15 incident. On Sept. 17, Brandon E. Shaver, 17, Ogdensburg, had been cited on the same charges, as well as criminal possession of marijuana-more than 25 grams, police said.
