Another round of mixed precipitation is headed our way.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory and a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the northern Adirondacks and the St. Lawrence River Valley starting at 7 p.m. tonight running through 7 p.m. tomorrow.

After a partly sunny day today, clouds move in tonight and will drop rain, snow and sleet on the North Country, and rain, freezing rain and sleet tomorrow morning, turning to rain and snow in the afternoon. The chance of precipitation is put at 90 percent tonight and tomorrow. Total accumulations shouldn't be more than an inch or two, the NWS says. Winds will turn gusty tomorrow and tomorrow night, up to about 25 mph. Highs today and tomorrow will be in the 30s, and lows tonight and tomorrow night around 25.

Saturday and Saturday night there is a 30 percent chance of precipitation in the form of rain and snow, and winds will strengthen and become gustier, at about 25 mph with gusts around 45 mph. The chance of precipitation rises slightly on Sunday while skies turn mostly cloudy Sunday night. Highs Saturday and Sunday will be in the mid-30s, and lows Saturday night around 20 and Sunday night around 12.

The outlook for Monday: cooler with a high of about 24, and partly sunny skies.

Today: Partly sunny, with a high near 32. Calm wind becoming east between 4 and 7 mph.

Tonight: Rain, snow, and sleet before 3am, then sleet between 3am and 5am, then freezing rain and sleet after 5am. Low around 26. East wind between 3 and 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow and sleet accumulation of around an inch possible.

Friday: Rain, freezing rain, and sleet before 11am, then rain and snow showers likely. High near 34. Calm wind becoming west between 10 and 13 mph. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Friday Night: A slight chance of snow showers, mainly before 9pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 25. West wind between 7 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Saturday: A chance of rain and snow showers before 4pm, then a chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37. Breezy, with a south wind 6 to 9 mph increasing to between 22 and 25 mph. Winds could gust as high as 46 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Saturday Night: A chance of snow showers before 7pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 20. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Sunday: A chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
