The Department of Environmental Conservation says several defendants recently pleaded guilty and paid fines for various conservation law violations in St. Lawrence County.
Below is each defendant's name, street addres, hometown, age, date of offense, where it happened, specific charge(s), date of plea and total fines, fees and surcharges:
• Adam J. Wormuth, Albany Ave., Ogdensburg, 33, Feb. 16, Ogdensburg, take walleye over daily limit, March 15, $100
• Clayton L. Buck, Dake Circle, Hammond, 86, Nov. 24, Hammond, lend buck deer tag to another, Jan. 25, $120
• Gregory A. Paulmann, Post Rd., Canton, 22, Aug. 14, Canton, unlawful open burn, Sept. 6, $102.50

• Elliot J.
