BLACK LAKE -- Anglers on the Northern New York Bassmasters trail competed at Black Lake on July 14. There were 64 anglers paired and competing in the event.
The top four teams finishing in the money were:
• 1st, Cass Falcon and Richard Falcon, Evans Mills, with 20.37 lbs
• 2nd, Jessie Spellicy and Tyler Capella, Gouverneur/Canton, with 18.06 lbs
• 3rd, James Moore and Doug Kirkbride, Gouverneur/Beaver River, with 17.64 lbs
• 4th, Brad Paradis and Robert Paradis Ogdensburg, with 17.13 lbs
The next event is on Lake Ontario at Chaumont Bay July 28.
