CANTON -- More than 100 runners and walkers completed the four-mile course in the final event of the 37th Frozen Foote Series held March 14.

Austin Scott led the pack with a time of 21:26, with Jacob Malcomb only 10 seconds behind in second place. Chaz Agen was third, clocking 22:31.

Cassidy Scott was the first female finisher with a time of 26:15. Shondel Boydon was next in 27:08, and Steph Rogers was third of the top three in 27:40.

There were 117 t-shirts earned in the 37th Frozen Foote Series. Many of the finishers traveled from Canada to take advantage of the friendly competition.

The Summer Sunset Series of 1 mile and 5 km races is slated to begin the second Tuesday in June at 7:30 pm. Registration will be near the St. Lawrence University J-Lot across from Augsbury Gym.
