OGDENSBURG – In a tight race, Republican Brian Mitchell received the most votes Tuesday in a five-way race for three city council seats.
Incumbents Daniel E. Skamperle and Michael D. Morley also won reelection.
Here are the unofficial results, which do not include absentee ballots, as reported by the St. Lawrence County Board of Elections:
• Brian R. Mitchell, Republican, 1,004
• Incumbent: Daniel E. Skamperle, Democractic, Conservative, 967
• Incumbent: Michael D. Morley, Republican, Conservative, 861
• Penny Sharrow, Want to Know, 813
• James R. Amo, Republican, 763
