CANTON -- The Mighty Pines 4-H Club in Canton recently made a donation of 14 handmade quilts to Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s The Birthplace, and to pediatric patients.
Part of the Mighty Pines 4-H Club’s “Binky Patrol” Leadership Program, the materials were donated by the Canton Central Teacher’s Association, as well as other community organizations, and worked on by the club members who were enthusiastic about sharing the quilts with both newborns and children who visit the hospital.
