Merry Tuba Christmas performers pose for a photo.
POTSDAM -- The Merry Tuba Christmas concert, organized by the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce, raised $240 and will split the money between the Potsdam Neighborhood Center and Helping Hands of Potsdam.
“We don’t charge admission to the concert,” said Marylee Ballou, executive director of the chamber.” “We just set up a “donation tuba” at the back of the room and make an announcement at the beginning and end of the concert.”
The concert was held Dec. 12.
“We thank the performers that gave of their time and talents and those that attended and gave so generously.”
