POTSDAM -- Suzanne McBroom of Potsdam will replace Richard Tenace as the newest representative in the Ministerial Association of Potsdam.
She will represent the Potsdam Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
McBroom, the director of public affairs for the church, is responsible for public relations in the North Country, including Potsdam, Massena, Ogdensburg, Gouverneur, Malone, Lake Placid and Plattsburgh.
She supervises other representatives in those areas on behalf of the church, encouraging community participation with groups similar to the Ministerial Association of Potsdam.
“I feel honored to be selected to work side by side with these community leaders. I’ve experienced firsthand many of the good works accomplished by the Ministerial Association of Potsdam’s coordinated efforts on behalf of the surrounding community,” says McBroom.
