MASSENA -- The Back the Pack program is seeking donations to feed weekend snacks to 275 children while school is not in session.
The group is seeking donors to sponsor students, which is tax-deductible. They will also take items including breakfast bars, single-serving cereal packs, sandwich crackers, fruit cups, fruit snacks, pudding cups, raisins and dried fruit.
The group says they handed out 9,100 snack packs for the 2013-2014 school year and anticipate another 9,100 for 2014-2015.
