MASSENA -- A woman has started a kickstarter campaign to request donations to assist her with a costly surgery for her dog.
Rebecca Woods says her 7-month-old chocolate Lab Clover has a diagnosis of bilateral hip dysplasia.
The afflictions is caused by a lack of connective tissue in the hip joints, causing mobility issues.
Woods is trying to raise $10,000. The dog needs an operation on both hips.
